About Melissa
Melissa Villalobos works in the litigation department and is approaching two years with the firm.
Before entering the personal injury field, she served as a Chief of Staff within the New York State Legislature, where her desire to make a more direct impact in her community led her toward a career helping clients through the legal process.
Melissa holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Architecture.
Melissa develops training materials that streamline operations across the department. She is instrumental in standardizing templates, forms, and internal processes, and is continually improving firmwide systems to enhance productivity and client service.
Outside the Office
Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing and hiking.
