Dimitry Benjamin is an attorney admitted to practice in New York State and Federal Court, with over a decade of litigation experience across insurance coverage, personal injury, and complex negligence matters.
Prior to joining the plaintiff's bar, Dimitry served as Senior Attorney at Progressive Casualty and Trial Counsel with GEICO Staff Counsel, where he managed high-volume caseloads from inception through trial, took multiple cases to verdict, and negotiated settlements exceeding $1.3 million. His background also includes defending large-loss and complex negligence cases at Morris Duffy, Alonso & Faley, with experience spanning motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims.
Dimitry brings a deep understanding of how insurance carriers evaluate risk and approach litigation strategy — insight he now applies on behalf of plaintiffs, handling depositions, EUOs, hearings, and case strategy with the same precision and diligence that earned him a top case-resolution rate on the defense side.
